Production Process

PP Corrugated Sheet Production Process

  • High-Temperature Melting and Extrusion
Polypropylene (PP) resin is melted in an extruder under high temperature, forming a consistent and homogeneous molten polymer.

  • Mold Shaping
The molten PP is shaped into a flat sheet using a specially designed die, forming the basic structure of the corrugated sheet.

  • Cooling and Forming
The sheet passes through a cooling system (such as rollers or chill plates), which solidifies and stabilizes the shape.

  • First Traction – Uniform Pulling
A traction machine pulls the sheet at a constant speed to maintain uniform thickness and surface quality.

  • Secondary Heating and Calibration
The pre-shaped sheet is reheated and passed through a forming mold or calibrator to finalize the corrugated structure.

  • Final Traction and Cutting
The shaped corrugated sheet is pulled again and automatically cut to the desired size.
